While attendees cover their own stay, Sponsorship funds add significant value to the meeting. Funds from the sponsors will be used to cover travel allowance for invited speakers as well as for travel grants for master and Phd students which do not have travel grants from their institutions. What you will get as a sponsor is exposure and awareness that could be beneficial in long term recruitment as well as being a partner in development projects. Sponsor information Please note that prices are VAT exclusive and that 25% VAT will be added on the invoice. Bronze sponsor Cost: NOK 10 000 The "Bronze" package comprises logo on the conference web-site with link to your web-site, logo in the printed program, and logo on welcome presentation and session start pages. Silver sponsor Cost: NOK 20 000 With the "Silver" package you will get what is in the "Bronze" package and in addition a quarter page ad in the printed program and possibility to exhibit a rollup or poster during the poster session. Gold sponsor Cost: NOK 30 000 The "Gold" package includes in addition to the content of the "Silver" package a larger logo wherever logos are shown, a full page ad in the printed program and logo on the conference umbrella that will be handed out to all participants.
