Deadline and registration form
The deadline for registration is April 22nd 2024.
We are happy to announce that registration for the
Norwegian Electrooptics Meeting 2024 is now open.

Important information
As you will see on the form, there are a few points to note:
- The registration fee will be paid to the hotel on arrival.
- This is a binding registration, due to the normal
contracting of the hotel. (Should you be prevented
from attending due to unforeseen circumstances, the
registration can be transferred to a colleague.)
- If attendance is high, which we hope, there is a
possibility that Oscarsborg will fill up. Overflow
participants will then be accommodated on shore, and
transport will be provided. We also provide options to
use private accommodation, or to share a room at
Oscarsborg, at a reduced price.
Prices
Standard accommodation in single room is NOK 7000.
- Registration fee including accommodation in single
room and board from lunch on May 22nd till lunch on
May 24th is NOK 7000
- In double room with single beds with another named
participant, reduced rate NOK 6000
- Attendees with private accommodation nearby may
choose to sleep there and pay a reduced rate of 5000
